At Middle Ear Media, I understand the importance of creating a website that not only looks great, but also effectively showcases a client’s work. When Chris Potter, a talented photographer with a knack for capturing the essence of a moment, came to me, he was in need of a redesign for his photography website. His “photo a day” project, featuring 365 stunning images, was the centerpiece of his site, but the old design made it difficult for visitors to view all of the images at once.
Web Design and Front-end Development
I approached the redesign with a focus on showcasing Chris’s images front and center. I created a slideshow gallery that featured all 365 photos, framed in a way that mimicked the view screen on the back of a camera. This not only made it easy for visitors to view all of the images, but also added a unique and visually interesting design element to the site.
Web Hosting
In addition to the redesign, I also provided Chris with web hosting services, ensuring that his website would be reliable and accessible to visitors at all times.
Overall, I am proud of the work I did for Chris Potter, and believe that the redesign of his website has helped to showcase his talent as a photographer to a wider audience.
